The Customer may cancel their participation in a course by contacting the Union of Banks of Armenia via email.
The possibility of cancellation and refund of the paid amount is determined by the terms of the respective course and the applicable cancellation period.
In the event of a refund, the funds will be returned after the submission of the relevant request using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise provided by applicable law or the rules of the payment service provider. The refund period may depend on the processing times of the relevant bank or payment system.
In the event of course cancellation, postponement, or other organizational changes, the Union of Banks of Armenia will duly notify customers and provide information regarding further steps.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) who use or are entitled to use the services of the website www.uba.am.

UBA periodically reviews the retention periods for personal data in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the policies adopted by UBA.
2. Privacy of Data of Persons Under 18
We do not collect or request data from persons under the age of 18, nor do we allow persons under the age of 18 to register for the purpose of using the services. Such services and their content are not intended for persons under the age of 18. An exception to the persons specified in this section applies to persons who have acquired full legal capacity in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law before reaching the age of 18.
We are unable to verify the accuracy of the information entered by users of the Website; therefore, we shall not be responsible for the consequences of the use of our Website and the services provided by us by persons under the age of 18.

UBA avoids duplication of your personal data and processes only the personal data necessary for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Policy, as well as other data that are required to be retained under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Other personal data are subject to destruction.

8. Data Deletion Policy
To close an active account on the Website, you must submit a written and duly signed application, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to the email address uba@uba.am or at the UBA office, requesting termination of the Agreement and closure of the account, and indicating the email address provided when registering the account.
To delete your personal data and close your active account on the Website, please follow the rules set out below.
1. Request by Email
Send an email to uba@uba.am, specifying the following information:
● your full name/name of the entity;
● the email address you provided when registering your account;
● a clear request to delete your personal data or close your account.
2. Written Request
Send a written and duly signed application, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to the UBA office at the following address:

The application must specify:
● your full name/name of the entity;
● the email address you provided when registering your account;
● a clear request to delete your personal data or close your account.
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. This is necessary to ensure that the request has been submitted by the account holder. We may ask you to verify your email address or provide additional information to confirm your identity.
Upon receiving your request, we will process it in accordance with the applicable legislation and will endeavor to complete the deletion of your data or closure of your account within 7 business days.
Please note that after your data have been deleted, certain information may, in accordance with the law, be retained in our systems for a limited period of time.
After your data have been deleted and your account has been closed, you will lose access to the account registered on the Website and to all services associated with your account.
Security Information
All transactions are processed exclusively through the 3D Secure system. The card details of the cardholder making the transaction are protected.
If the cardholder’s card currency differs from the transaction currency, the currency conversion is carried out in accordance with the rules established by the relevant payment system and the card-issuing bank.
