The UBA Training Center offers comprehensive knowledge assessment and certification services designed for professionals holding various positions in financial organizations, supporting their professional competence, qualification and continuous development.
The range of services includes:
International qualification exams: ACI FMA qualification exams, EFPA qualification exams
Certification services tailored to the needs of organizations.
Organization of certification according to the client's requirements: At the request of financial organizations, the Center organizes professional certifications in various thematic areas, ensuring a flexible and individualized approach.
Based on the directions and topics defined by the client organization, the Center can develop new certification tests and fully organize the certification process.
The client organization can independently develop tests or questionnaires and provide them to the Center so that, on the principle of impartiality, UBA can run them on a new system and organize the certification for the organization's employees.
These services contribute to improving professional skills and quality control, fostering the growth and stability of financial organizations.
