EFPA Branch Manager
This certification is designed specifically for banking professionals in Armenia. The program ensures branch managers meet European banking standards while addressing the evolving needs of Armenia’s financial sector. It empowers managers to confidently lead teams, optimize operations, manage risks, and achieve business targets.
Target Audience:
Current Branch Managers, Deputy / Assistant Branch Managers, Regional Banking Supervisors, High-potential banking professionals preparing for leadership roles
Continuous Professional Development Program:
To maintain a high level of competence and update their knowledge, EFPA requires its certificate holders to follow a continuous professional development (CPD) program.
The CPD activities recognized in the CPD program can be made of internal or external training programs, seminars, webinars, and conferences.

Final examination
Participants must complete all training modules to qualify for the exam. Attendance of at least 90% of sessions is required. Multiple-Choice Questions. Minimum 60% overall score to pass, one free retake allowed. To access the examination, a certificate of attendance to a training course is required. Examinations are conducted by EFPA Armenia upon completion of the program, and held at the UBA premises

Eligibility to take the examination requires successful completion of the training course. Payment is due only upon completion of the course.
